OTC Students Pass Exam

Niki Myrick The eleven students in Business 108 at Okefenokee Technical College recently completed the course and took the Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2003 exam. Instructor Debra Giddens reported, “I am elated. These students worked very hard all quarter, and all of them passed the exam.”  The students receiving their MOS official certificates were:  Traci Cox, Rebecca Drury, Fatisha Gamble, Kimberly Hamm, Evelyn Crystal Hancock, Angela Kincais, Terri Martin, Jessica Mathis, Niki Myric, Aron Robertson, and Samatha San Nicolas.

“Adding to the excitement, student Niki Myrick had a perfect score on the exam,” said Ms. Giddens. “This is quite an accomplishment,” she continued.

Niki, a resident of Pierce County, is enrolled in the Accounting program at OTC. She enjoys being a part of the OTC Student Ambassadors and spends most of her time studying.
