Mike Carter, owner of Carter’s Body Shop, Inc. on Highway 84, recently presented Dr. Gail Thaxton, President of Okefenokee Technical College, with a generous donation to the OTC Foundation to help fund scholarships for deserving students in the Automotive Collision Repair Technology program.

Dr. Thaxton expressed her sincere gratitude to Carter for his donation. Contributions, such as this, help students meet their educational goals. Jack Dixon and Terry Simmons are full-time instructors of the Auto Collision program. Day and evening classes are offered each quarter.
