At a recent luncheon held at Okefenokee Technical College, CSX executive vice president Clarence Gooden presented a check to Dr. Gail Thaxton for the OTC Foundation. This very generous donation will be used to assist students with program-related costs and to fund programs and projects that support the work of the college. Dr. Thaxton expressed her gratitude to Gooden for this gift. Ultimately, donations such as this one help students meet their educational goals, which in turn help our community.
