Lee Container Gives Generous Support to OTC

Lee Container’s Purchasing Manager, Ryan Daniel, presented a $500 check to Okefenokee Technical College President Gail Thaxton in support of technical education and workforce development. Lee Container is an Emerald Sponsor of the foundation’s 1st Annual Gritz and Glitz Gala. According to Cindy Tanner (not shown), the foundation’s Executive Director, Lee Container Corporation’s generous donation will benefit OTC students through academic scholarships, financial assistance grants, and recognition programs funded from proceeds of the gala. “Lee Container has been a great friend and partner to Okefenokee Tech,” stated Thaxton. “I sincerely appreciate their investment in technical education. An investment in OTC is an investment in community growth.”Dr. Gail Thaxton and Ryan Daniel
