Current OTC Students

• Meet with your Advisor to discuss your upcoming quarter classes.
• Review the Online Questionnaire to determine if online courses are right for you.
• Review the Online Technology Requirements list to determine if you computer meets the minimum requirements.
• Attend the session, "What to expect in an online course".
• Attend an Online Orientation Session.
• Review the brochure that outlines what to do during the first week in an online course. (distributed at the Online Orientation)

Transient Students

• Review Course Catalog on GVTC Website.
• Review the GVTC Application Process Online.
• Take the READI Assessment.
• Complete the GVTC Application as a transient student.
• Mail application fee to host school. (skip this if you have attended this school before)
• Print course information from GVTC course catalog.
• Email Instructor of GVTC online course to introduce yourself.
